Adult tutoring: My unique speciality is offering private tuition to adults wanting to buy a house in France including situational tutoring e.g. visiting Estate Agents (who don't speak English most of the time!), and going through the burocratic process, which my-self went through, of signing contracts, getting finances, chasing vanishing builders... (see my favorite websites for property search and price trends).

Eddy strikes an excellent balance between planning lesson subjects for us and allowing us to be self directed.
